Upcoming posts are about you, so let's see if you're ready!

We've got some interesting articles and discussions coming up regarding sizeup, risk, VSP and staffing. Especially staffing. That's where you come in.

Are you in a department where plenty of staffing is three on an engine or a truck?
Is your lineman having to be the barman while you catch the plug and throw ladders?
Does your wagon driver get dressed and don SCBA, to back you up on the line, after he's changed that line?
If so, then we want to hear from you!
Send us the details of your department's staffing arrangement along with a photo of you and your crew, "Expecting Fire" and we'll highlight it in upcoming posts. The best write up and photo of a two or three-man crew ready for fire (smartly ready, not like you're posing for a calendar) will receive a Firefighter Monopoly game and possibly an interview in an upcoming show on "The Front Seat" at Firefighter Netcast.
Deadline to submit your information and photo is 2300 hours, 30 October 2011.
Send your information and photo to bcarey6873@yahoo.com
Good Luck!
