Civilians try to make a quick knockdown with the house line.
FirefighterNation.com member Sildo Mauricio Diaz Wooldrige posted this video titled "A Fire Starts in Osorno City." Osorno is in Chile and the video shows a civilian making a attempt to possibly knockdown the fire as best as possible with a garden hose. Later in the video you can see the local firefighters arrive and make a decent knockdown. Is it perfect? No. Then again, there is no perfect fireground.
I haven't translated the YouTube comments, but I'm sure someone is telling them what they did wrong and how to do it better.
