Fire in Northwest reveals hoarding conditions

Companies downtown responded to the 300 block of Weber Street, Northwest, to find fire showing from the first floor of a two-story middle-of-the-row dwelling. Upon entry hoarding conditions were discovered, including a refrigerator at the second floor landing, complicating the search.

The body of an adult male was found in the fire room, underneath furniture.
